⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with the service from TheITIN. I expected professional, hands-on assistance with setting up essential aspects of my LLC, such as a US bank account, PayPal, and Stripe. Instead, I received nothing more than generic PDF guides and videos—things I could have easily found on YouTube. They claim the service is "complete," but how can it be when my business lacks fundamental elements to actually operate? Their lack of follow-through and refusal to assist with critical tasks left me scrambling to figure things out on my own. For a company claiming to specialize in these setups, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend TheITIN to anyone who values reliable, comprehensive support.

Hey Abdulsamie, We always highlight and you can see on our website, faq as well that, it's up to verification of those platforms to whether accept you or not. Our help comes as an additional support, but having our services never guarantee direct access to the platforms. None of the other business incorporators help, or even talk with you to apply these platforms, we do, just to be helpful, we do not market our product as we're a payment provider or a banking. There's that distinction in between. We did deliver everything promised on our website, which are your entity and tax ID numbers, and received one star from your end .
I recently applied for my ITIN through ITIN.com, and I am beyond impressed with their service. The entire process was smooth, and their team was incredibly professional and helpful. I received my ITIN much faster than expected, and the communication throughout was clear and timely. I truly appreciate how easy they made the process—everything was handled with great care.
