I ordered/been charged for product minimum if a month ago. Was noted after sent, unit number of address was wrong. Contacted them numerous times, with responses that reflected no concern to "wait until we get the product returned". Still not settled....my next is Bbb if not settled promptly!

I ordered a product back in May received an email that it shipped on June 20th and finally received it on July 10th. There were no instructions on how to use the product, so after trying to figure it out on my own i decided to return it. There was a 30 day guarantee on this so I emailed to find out how to return it. The reply I received was: " To process your refund please ship your items to the following address with tracking and delivery confirmation. Provide us with the tracking number and once we have received your items, we will issue the refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. If you change your mind about the items you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions: The item is unworn, unopened and unused. If we inspect that the item has been used, a refund will not be granted. The item returns to us in its original product packaging with the complete contents. The item arrives back to us within 30 days of you receiving. (If you are concerned for any reason that this is not possible please contact us ASAP so we may resolve with you). Use a traceable form of shipping such as a tracking number. Simply a customs number from USPS will not suffice because it does not include full tracking from origin to final destination. Return Address The Inventive Item 70367, 6th Street, No. 97, 5th Floor, 5th District, International Trade City, Yiwu, Zhejiang, China The cost would be about $100 to return it!! The company's 30 day guarantee and 100% satisfaction is False!! I will never buy from this company again !

Terrible service! They could not give me the EU carriers name and tracking number, until it was too late and the package was returned. It was returned due to lack of my contact details by this lame company. I want my money back, but now they do not reply my mails. Dishonest people!

DO NOT fall for the fake reviews like I did!! As soon as I purchased they emailed me to write a good review and they'd send me another machine free, then email for free products for a good review and I hadn't even received the first order!! Their website reads 30 day money back guarantee and they do not honor that. also reads if you're unhappy we will make it write, that's another lie. Since I purchased they are now on their 3rd facebook page, so I'm guess people are reporting them! I also stumbled on 2 separate websites for them. SAVE YOUR MONEY it's all a scam

Not even deserving 1. Ordered 3rd may, item didn't arrive. Emailed end of may and they would 'investigate''. Left it until middle of June and still no answer. Daily emails to which they aren't even replying to anymore. Asking for refund and not even getting that.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY! Just like everybody else, I believed the Facebook accounts of the 3-in-1 slimming machine. I received it 3 weeks later to find out that it doesn't work and this is a sham. I emailed them (only way to get a hold of them, no 800 number) and sent my video of the non functioning ultrasonic cavitation machine and only emails that they will get back to me shortly. They keep emailing me that they will get back to me and they haven't issued a refund nor anywhere for me to send the defective item. This company is a fraud.

Do not buy!!!! Company refuses to honor their money back guarantee on the product page of their website. Only way to get refund is to return the item UNOPENED to China at your own expense within 30 days.

I too was quick to purchase without seeing the not so good reviews. It took 3 weeks to get and they tried to deliver when I was not home and would not as they said needed a signature and I never agreed to this. Finally I found it at the post office after calling the shipping company. I opened the package and decided I did not want the product as it did not have the gloves that I thought it did.My mistake I admit. Now because I opened it, they said no refund. I have tried numerous times at email and I get the same auto response from Jinky saying I opened the package and it can not be returned...What about that 100% satisfied with product and 30 day back guarantee.....This is a joke...especially since it is going to cost half of the amount I paid to ship it back to China even though the fulfillment house is an hours drive from my home and by reading that others have sent their product back and not receiving a refund, I will gladly throw it away. Lesson learned. Do not purchase from this company. Go to someone else to find the product....Amazon probably has it.
