The Hero Company is a US Veteran owned business that helps to fund service and companion animals for Vets suffering with PTSD at ZERO cost to them. Many, many Veterans return home with serious trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that drastically changes their lives, with way too many taking their own lives battling this force alone. With no VA funding for service animals, many Veterans just cannot afford the cost of the trained dogs that they need.It is our way of fighting for our Heroes here at home. To date, we have raised over $1,500,000 dollars and will continue as we march towards our goal of $10 Million raised for Veterans in need.Buying from The Hero Company isn't a small act - it is intentionally being a Hero for our Heroes who need our help now. I have positive interaction with the company. I ordered a bracelet which was too small for me and according to their page they were out of extenders. I was about to return the bracelet. When the company reached out and went above and beyond to take care of the issue.

8/13: Hero AC SERVICE/Sam helped repairing 2 times, replacing NEW ACs 2 times. showed up and did service within 2 days, but very expensive. I requested for some discount, he put me down. scheduled as fixed NEW AC is NOT WORKING GOOD, WARRANTY THERE, DID NOT SHOW UP, AND HELP. BLOCKED MY PHONE, SO THAT I CAN'T REACH HIM. VERY RUDE, AND VERY UNFAIR

Great service, wonderful message! The bracelets are of good quality, weight, and are creatively designed. I’ve purchased many pieces and have three suggestions: 1: the clasps on some of the bracelets dont hold up over time. I’ve lost two bracelets because the clasps gave out. 2: I think you guys need to test out your products a bit more. I bought a well made cross but the cross itself, wouldn’t stay at the bottom of the chain, it kinked up the side, so I havent been wearing it. 3: need to offer wrist sizes lager than 8.5, there are a couple bracelets that I like but are only offered at 8.5 inches or less.

I love the quality and the cause. Only one complaint and that is with the clasp. I have lost two bracelets with two different types of clasp because of there failure.

This company has outstanding products! The very fact they help veterans receive service dogs makes it even more important to shop at their site! I am a disabled vet waiting for a dog and it makes me so glad to purchase from the Hero Company! Their quality is second to none!

First and foremost, I have never ordered something and was disappointed. I usually purchase something from the bracelet line up. Secondly, how this company conducts themselves when nobody is looking is far superior than most. 3rdly, as a Veteran with Severe PTSD and other Service Related conditions. I am a retired US Army Medic and I have been buying Hero products for a while now. I totally support the mission of supporting Vets and getting them working dogs for sure. Heck I may need their help one day for that myself. I have bought many necklaces and bracelets from the company. I also have many tshirts. The most recent purchases have been the Cross to put ashes in. I still need to purchase 1 more. My Mom passed in October and I bought one for my Dad, Sister, and Brother. I need to get mine now. The quality of the merchandise is great and the military themes are right up my alley. Shipping is always quick. I have nothing but good dealings using the website. Keep up the great work! United we stand!

I would say I really love your products as I have 9 bracelets and two necklaces, plus I gave my Son who served in the Army three bracelets, he gave one of those to a buddy that he served with in Afghanistan! Both of them really loved the bracelets and it meant a lot to them! All of them are very good quality and heavy duty. The necklaces could probably be used for necklaces strengthening exercises, or as a weapon, LOL. I will definitely be ordering more at some point.
