This was my first experience as a head coach with Graphic Edge and our sales Rep. Phil Snyder. I have been pleasantly surmised and accommodated at every turn. So much so that I spent far more money than I budgeted for but it's a learning curve.

When placing an order of a design that you have in stockart, the process is pretty simple. Although, I find that if you are creating new art, the quality has decreased over the past couple of years. It's quite clear sometimes that the art I have received back has obvious issues that the art group didn't take time to provide their personal touch with. I think they could take more time to make the experience better. I also would find it much more helpful if we could see history of our orders online vs. the email trails. On a side note, representatives have always been nice and professional.
