I placed an order with my old address and panicked, so I messaged Glow FAIRY support and the immediately corrected it! Great service.

SCAMMERS! I ordered the microneedle an received a totally different product. A way cheaper product. I e-mailed with customer support and the only reaction I got was that this was their new model. But they are still selling the one I ordered. No reaction at all about them sending a wrong inferior product of a refund. The one I received you could have bought at a dollarstore. Really cheap! So dissapointed! So be careful ladies with ordering from this company. I don’t think I will see my money back! Never ordering there again.

Customer service was excellent! I made an error on my order and they were so nice about it and helped me fix it immediately. Usually reaching out to a company when you make the mistake is a bit stressful and it was so easy with Glowfairy. I will absolutely buy from them again.

I purchased this product and unfortunately it has been a waste of my money. There was absolutely no instant results as promised and I have seen no results from using daily. I tried to reach the company for a refund but they aren’t responding to my emails.

When I got my package I immediately tried out the Instant Eye Repair Serum and it is awesome! It feels great and doe snot have a strong fragrance at all. I plan to share with all my friends!

The response time to my email was less than 24 hours and we continued communication over a few weeks until it was resolved. I received my product today and I can’t wait to start using it!
