The tea towels that I had ordered were packaged well, without any damage. The fabric is soft, without any roughness or bleeding of colors. I would highly recommend these products because they look and feel great. And the chocolate coconut spread is delicious!

I placed my first order with the French Farm and am very impressed. There was an issue with the shipping through FedEx (not their fault) and when I reached out to the French Farm, they immediately followed up with FedEx to create a support ticket. Most online shopping companies would have just sent me over to FedEx to try and deal with it myself. As a result, my delivery arrived I believe the next day! And because of the way everything was so very well packaged, all of contents were in perfect condition. Their friendly customer service team was a delight to work with.
