I ordered August 25th and THEY Have NOT Even Shipped OR REFUNDED My Money After Asking MANY Times For A Refund. It Is Now Sept. 17th. One Of The Worst Companies To Deal With. DO NOT ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Placed order on 9/30/25 and never heard back. No response to emails or chats.

I placed my order three days ago. It's still showing "on hold". The company claims that there is someone to help available through their chat portal 24 / 7. I've tried to reach them that way repeatedly but there's never been anyone there. I've also emailed them three times, without a reply. The order remains "on hold" without any explanation or resolution being offered. Apparently "The Expert Pharmacy" doesn't want new business.

Ordered from Expert Pharmacy on August 19 and still haven’t received my order. They sent a tracking number, but it only says “Label Created – not yet in system.” I’ve paid $140 and emailed multiple times with no response. Very disappointing—my previous order went great, but this one has been a nightmare.
