The Curly Canvas services only curly hair. I have ten years of experience working with curly hair of all kinds, in New York City, at the Devachan salon. I'm a Devacurl level 3 certified master stylist, which means I completed the highest level of curl expertise. I'm looking to work with any curly haired clients that want to deepen their knowledge of curl pattern care, product knowledge and application, and how to use products with purpose. Or if you just want to have a new curly style. I am available to anyone who needs care, inspiration, knowledge, and experience to make your curls reach their fullest potential.

We have been all over to find someone that knew how to cut my teenage daughter’s hair without any success until Curly Canvas. Lydia knows what she is doing and my daughter walks out with a smile every time!

I was very pleased with the outcome of my hairstyle. I have always struggled with extremely curly, coarse and unruly hair. Lidia is so knowledgeable about the best way to handle the curls.
