The best thing I could have done before my trip to Paris was to buy the pass to visit the Museum. It was so convenient. Line up was for at least 2 hours but I did not spend more than 10 minutes and that was for security check up. The people in the company were so helpful and answered my question promptly. I would recommend this company and their services to all my friends

Ordered a month in advance. After 10 days and no notice of shipping of my docs, emailed and called. Finally received a response after phone message...been out of passes for a week so did overnight docs to me. Should have let me know they were out and not made me have to pursue. Also but package that included airport trans which turns out to be metro! Don't consider that airport trans. Would have expected shuttle at minimum. Very misleading. Why didn't they say meto vs airport trans! Also they advertise the availability of a live chat online...never online when I checked at all hours

We are so looking forward to our trip to Paris and the Paris Pass will help to make the trip less expensive and enable us to see lots of the city and its history. We are visiting Paris on a side trip while attending a family wedding. Hoping for good weather and a great experience.
