Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with The Carport Co., Andrew! We're glad you're happy with the building and know it will last you years to come! Thanks again! The Carport Co. Team
The installation team was early, worked diligently, and did an excellent job putting in my carport. The only unfortunate issue was the language barrier. They did not speak English, and I do not speak Spanish. It just kept me from being able to fully express my gratitude for a job well done.

Yay Linda! I am glad your carport turned out great and I'm sorry about the language issues. We always try to have at least one fluent English speaker on site, I'm sorry we failed in that regard here, but I thank you for your feedback, your business, and for sharing how happy you are with your carport. Thanks again! Brody Stone, Owner of The Carport Co.
Although my site wasn’t level enough to install I was able to find a solution and a friend is going to grade the site and they will reschedule. They were very understanding and worked with me 100%. Thank you!

Bonnie, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! We look forward to rescheduling you and installing your carport soon! Thanks for your business!
The purchasing of the carport went fine. Waited longer for the install appointment than I thought I should have. Was told one thing and another happens. 1 to 2 weeks ended up being 4 weeks. The install went fine until the inspector failed the install. I received zero communication from the carport Co as for the next steps. I had to do all the checking and double checking. I was even asked to send pictures of the install and the problems. Thought that was a bit much to Ask the customer. Still zero communication from the carport Co. I had to talk to American steel. Carport Co was pretty silent after I paid. The issue was finally taken care of by the installers. Needed more anchors. Apparently they did not follow the install directions that were provided to me for the inspector

Jason, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and thanks again for your business. I am sorry to hear about the frustration caused by the failed inspection. As soon as I was made aware of the issue, I worked directly with the manufacturer via phone and email, both with the engineering team to identify the root cause (some anchors missing), and with scheduling to get a repair lined up. I made sure to CC you on those email communications so you had full visibility into every update and next step, though I realize the overall process and waiting on the crew was still stressful. Asking you for photos was the fastest way to pinpoint the exact issue so we could get the installers back out to resolve it, but I recognize that handling that yourself was an added burden. I truly appreciate your patience throughout the process and thank you for allowing the installers to return and resolve the anchor issue. If there is anything else I can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. Best regards, Brody Stone Owner, The Carport Co.
