Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

I was iffy/unsure.. placed order, changed my mind. She tracked it down and stopped forward progress. Helped me get exactly what I wanted. She did awesome! I'll be moving early next year and will be purchasing more from you. Thank you C!

Cherise was exceptional! We needed the theater seats delivered to our rental property in TN while we were still there. She made sure that it happened! She worked with us thru the delivery calling several times to update us and keeping track of the order. The seats arrived in time and we were able to set up the theater room before we left. She was so pleasant and helpful through the entire process!!!!

Very pleased with the headrests and laptop holder.

Very helpful, consistent outreach, extremely professional and polite.

contacted customer service and they were able to resolve the issues to my satisfaction. The octave sofas that I selected are high class, comfortable and contain many perks. I am very happy with my purchase from theater seat store

I have had an issue with one of my theater seats for several months. It was wonderful working the Cherise. She was able to help resolve the issue with one phone call. I appreciate her time and understanding in getting the issue handled. Thank you, Cherise

Cherise did an amazing job of resolving our Theater Seat issue. Is less than 15 minutes, Cherie’s initiative got us the component we needed to repair our chair. She is a Rock Star!! Penny Dieryck

From the moment I placed my order through when I confirmed the dates of shipping, I have had nothing but excellent customer service. I highly recommend Theater Seat store!
