Cherise has been helpful in our issue. When we had our chairs delivered, we received one that had the wrong arm position. She helped get a translator for the Spanish speaking delivery drivers and put in the new order for the replacement chair.

Courteous and helpful on the phone. Then responded to me quickly via email and provided the instructions that I needed to resolve my issue.

Had an issue with one of the control buttons. With videos suppled by customer service I was able to trouble shoot for them to order and replace the switch.
