I actually love this shower head! Not sure if they are affiliated with shower envy but that's who I had a bad experience with! If this is shower envy they changed it! Only down fall is I can only use the middle setting the others are to powerful and hurt my skin! Had the same problem with shower envy! It's definitely great at getting your hair rinsed which was always a pain! It's softer too! Now if they start charging me like others I will report as fraud they have no reason to continue to charge me! Hopefully someone sees this because I definitely just ordered a shower head not a Subscription! So please don't make me get my lawyer involved for false advertising!

This company is repeatedly trying to charge for something I DID NOT PURCHASE! They will not call me back or respond to emails. What is this company trying to do? No wonder their reviews are "1.8 or Poor." My advice is , Do not do business with them!

Water will fall too fast or too slow. It s not shower. It s made for bricks too wash supported by white models which Chinese use to promote there products kinda but lost money

This company has been charging me for a subscription. After multiple attempts to inquire about the charges, they finally got back to me indicating that the charges are for a subscription that I never signed up for. they said they sent me an email with my username and password. I did not receive an email. Still have not heard back from them about cancelling tis "said" subscription. Do not buy from this company. They overcharge and are misleading.

This company has been charging me $29.99 per month for the last 5 months. When i called to find out why, they said i had a subscription *which i never consented to*. They helped me camel it and said they would escalate my refund request but if approved, they would only refund up to 2 months. This is outrageous because i never agreed to a subscription and never received anything from the supposed subscription.

I have been charged 6 times!!!! For the same shower head. I have tried to reach out to be refunded for the money that has been taken out of my account. I am have a call with the BBB to let them know of these shady practices of over charging customers on a ONE TIME PUCHASE. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE NOW TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION!!!!

If you have hard water I do not recommend. I ordered the 2 showerheads while we were renovating our bathroom and just installed it. It is completely clogged after a week and did not allow a change in settings when we pushed the button. It stayed the same and we could never get a different spray from it. I have not tried the 2nd head as I'm very disappointed. I was sure this would be our answer to hard water issues.
