I actually love this shower head! Not sure if they are affiliated with shower envy but that's who I had a bad experience with! If this is shower envy they changed it! Only down fall is I can only use the middle setting the others are to powerful and hurt my skin! Had the same problem with shower envy! It's definitely great at getting your hair rinsed which was always a pain! It's softer too! Now if they start charging me like others I will report as fraud they have no reason to continue to charge me! Hopefully someone sees this because I definitely just ordered a shower head not a Subscription! So please don't make me get my lawyer involved for false advertising!

Shower heads were great! Really like them and they came really quick. Unfortunately the hardware I ordered took longer to arrive and was really cheap plastic from China. Wish the hardware was better quality but will see how it lasts.

Installed your product last night and showered this morning. Great water pressure! Wife liked but complained it was now mounted too high and was hard for her to reach. Regret having to purchase hose and adapters. Also was surprised to learn that you do not have a return policy. Raymond Mulvirhill

Why doesn't it come with the connection to the nozzle to shower, besides that good

I’m pretty impressed with this shower head. I had my doubts initially but after hooking it up (needed to add a shower hose, but no biggie) it felt great. All the micro nozzles give a completely different feel than even a high end massaging shower head. So far so good. Hopefully time won’t change my initial opinion.

Love your product. never had so much pressure. Just one thing I would like added. I would like at least one more pressure setting. Two would be even better. need lower pressure setting for private parts. Thanks

The alpenforce is really cool to start off with. Only issues is that the bottom handle is a lot thicker than most shower head handles so it doesn’t fit most shower head hooks. The alpenforce sits on my shower hook not securely so I have to keep it in the second settle because the water pressure makes it fly off the hook. Within the 2 shower one of the water holes started pointing in the opposite direction so when I have my face to the water, one stream of water aims into my eye. Very annoying to have to tilt so I don’t get squirted in the eye. Over all the water pressure is amazing, I feel I have softer skin, and it is a great bye.
