I bought my 3d pen second hand and it works AMAZINGLY! (It was unused) I only have a few problems. One problem was the small handle on the un-jammer tool - I burned myself because my hand slipped on the slippery plastic. Another downside is the short length of the filament. The sticks are very short and require frequent refilling.

i like the fast shipping and handling but sometimes the prices are very high please lower your prices a bit

Placed an order which arrived in good time and it was well packaged. Communication, via email, was good stating that the order was received - dispatched and due for delivery. I would have given a 5 star review if the website package tracking was better. Yes, I’m being picky because frankly ‘good’ is good enough. ...and now I’m off to do some doodling!

I've had this pen for about a year now and I love it it really is like a small 3D printer in your hand I've made windmills horses trees action figures it it's just an all-around great pain I've had a great experience was it the customer service is great always reply fast it's over all the good company I really would recommend them

The unit is not for a first time user. It presupposes one has used a poorer quality unit as a hobby. My use has been to repair PLA 3D prints in particular for which it is ideally suited.

More importantly, we add countries after we can find the best shipping options to offer our customers. We would hate to offer a product to you and then have to charge shipping prices that are extreme. I’ve been using 3Doodler since I got my first 3Doodler 2.0 off thier kickstarter. I’ve used many kinds of 3Dpens, but I love 3Doodler. I’m a heavy user of the pens and put a high demand on them. When I have issues I am treated with above and beyond service. I have made 3Doodler an important part of my artistic practice.
