It is a very nice place

Everyone at TFC has been a huge help in our recent move. Everyone is very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with.

LOVE CHELSEA CENTRO. DOORMEN ARE AMAZING, SO HELPFUL, SO KIND. ANY SMALL ISSUE GETS FIXED IMMEDIATELY. BEAUTFUL PLACE TO LIVE

The Fairfax is a beautiful building, and superbly managed by an excellent and courteous staff. A truly high caliber residential experience.

The building, the staff and the neighborhood make living at 4615 Center Boulevard a pleasure. They never stop working and keep the building in tip top shape.

Great experience, polite, professional staff, overall excellent building

almost everything is good，but it is too noisy!!! Almost everyday there will be someone to decorate their rooms。It is very hard to tolerate it especially in the morning.

friendly door man， high quality service，I just hope the front door button get fixed sooner since everytime I enter with my bike, the doorman need to open it for me
