The hallways are old and smelly. The entrance needs to be improved as well. The door people should offer to hold the door more than they do!

Moving into this building is hardest Part. There is no parking or standing can be done during weekdays. In weekend you need to park far on sidewalks and move stuff. The back door cant be stay open even you have extra person standing there. There was lack of communication and stupidity at Front desk in weekend even though you booked the freight elevator for moving. New Person at front desk didnot care that my movers need to leave, they are on hourly rate. Needed freight elevator which i booked months ago and confirmed with Day time front desk. Gym equipment are good. Feeling of OLD BUILDING is everywhere. Every week we are asked "where you going" by new front desk person !! really your front desk need to notify all the team members. Its been 4 months now.

Lots of amenities. Unfortunately the gym is missing the only piece of equipment I use and therefor is basically useless to me.

It's a bit further from Metro than desired and when looking at the place we were told a shuttle runs every 5 minutes, which turned out to be far from the case. It runs during commute hours only, and is more limited on weekends. Obviously in New York I don't mind a walk but had we received honest information it would have factored in more accurately to the value of what we are paying. We've also experienced a little rudeness to our guests which felt uncalled for. The apartment itself is very nice minus a few small quirks (bathroom door doesn't lock, you have to remove everything from the sink to open the mirror cabinet, no exhaust). Despite the above I would still recommend it if you are properly informed of everything. Can't beat the view.

I had a very poor experience with the management at the leasing office. I was disappointed not only in their response time, but overall how they interacted with me. I was about to lease in another building but luckily that didn't happen. The overall apartments are fantastic an A++. The gym, playroom and location in LIC are a perfect 5/5 stars. The reception area is well kept and the employees do a great job.

Workers here are amazing and extremely courteous, but management company has to do a better job on who they lease the building out to or monitoring the tenants. I have people on my floor who slam doors, have parties and blast music till 3am and tenants who don’t know what a trash can is.

Hope the leasing manager has better attitude towards moving in replies.

The train is very loud and disturbing and the wifi in the club room is horrible. Keep being disconnected when trying to do work.
