I am so happy with my decision to move to TFC building in LIC. Everything is impeccably clean and the staff could not be more friendly. So far, everything has been wonderful and I would recommend to anyone! Thanks, TFC - keep it up!

Friendly broker and staff.

My move was handled in an organized, professional manner. The staff made it easy to set up online payments as well as the online building services site.

Seems to be a huge amount of people coming into to the sub cellar area and just waiting by the door. This makes the basketball court and weight room area very overcrowded

We love the building. Everyone working for the Max is so nice and friendly! The doormen, the porters, all the maintenance guys- everyone is great. With that being said, I feel that this building is a dormitory. I very much do not want to live in a dormitory. I did that. 20 years ago. It seems that hundreds of international college and college aged students live in this building. We work VERY hard to live at 606 West 57th Street and when we come home to trash in the hallways, beer cans, trash, food scraps (banana peels) out front, and people in the lobby with their bare feet on the furniture- it is very frustrating and I can only imagine how frustrating it is for the doormen and porters. While we understand that anyone can live in this building if meeting all financial requirements - I think there should be some kind of disclaimer that this is NOT a dormitory. It is also possible that there is a large language barrier happening and that some of the residents dont know where to put their trash or how to throw it out as per building instructions. Thank you for reading our comments and we hope this helps you. Thanks so much, Renters at 606 West 57th Street

I have lived in my building for over a month now and I felt right at home from the first day. From the accommodating and friendly doormen to the high quality families and individuals in the building, every single staff member and tenant makes this a wonderful, safe place to call home.
