Great company, great experience.

Good service Good availability

They management is very quick, polite, respectful, friendly even. The building staff really feels like family, they know everybody's name, even the dogs'! I cannot give it a five-star though, because they "omitted" to mention that the abandoned construction site across my window was not abandoned. They knowingly let me enter into the lease because I thought it was abandoned. The high rent was also justifiable to me because of the gorgeous view. Now my view is one of the worst in the neighborhood and I had to deal with months of early am's and week-end construction noise and dust.

Walls are too thin. My laptop sound travels to next apartment and the management doest help you at all instead they will send you a letter of noise Nuisance. Keep in mind this my first 30 days living in this building.

I really like how the staff is always available for residents.
