Great texting program.

Text Request is a great tool to keep in touch with our customers, is cost-effective, and is very much a part of our daily business.

Text request has been a great asset for our business. The accuracy from having customers send us their information has reduced errors in orders. Also, being able to see a picture of our customer's part(s) helps in quickly and accurately placing orders. There is also the benefit of having part numbers and quoted prices on record, so if there is a delay in placing an order, we can quickly find the original information. Texting also speeds up getting messages to customers - no more "phone tag." The small financial cost is far outweighed by the savings in time and efficiency .

We were early adopters to using text as the primary way of communicating with leads and patients. Text Request has been a very helpful service for us. We are able to address problems and do lead follow up remotely from the office. Signing up for Text Request was one of the best business decisions I ever made.

The texting option has been a great addition to our business but we do get a lot of spam texts and there is no way to stop them.
