Response from Texting Factory· Aug 4, 2026
Hello. Thank you for reaching out. Accounts can occasionally be paused, for example after a longer period of inactivity, or if a payout couldn't go through due to an issue with the provided payment details on file. If this sounds like your situation, please contact our local support for English-speaking countries here (https://textingfactory.com/contact/) so we can take a closer look. We can't discuss account details publicly, but we're happy to sort this out with you directly.
Texting Factory is a nice freelancing website, i recommend. But i want to know the reason why you stopped and blocked nigerians from having an account. There are many individuals that are ready to start working, please reconsider us

Hi Kelvin, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for recommending TextingFactory. We understand your disappointment and appreciate you raising this question. Our platform access policies are reviewed regularly and may change over time based on a range of business, operational, and risk-management considerations. As a result, we are currently unable to offer accounts to everyone who would like to join us. Please understand that this is not a reflection on any individual, but rather a result of our current operational requirements and the criteria we need to apply at this time. Should our policy change in the future, we would be pleased to welcome additional applicants. Thank you again for your understanding, and we wish you all the very best. Kind regards, The TextingFactory Team

Since I started working as a chat… Since I started working as a chat operator, I have never experienced anything negative with them. They are transparent and straight forward to their employees. Once you follow the rules, you do what they want, you put more effort then i believe you can make good money here. you also need to be creative to get more messages and not just replying because what you write will either improve your rating or lower it. If they scam me, i will let you know but right now it's legit guys.
