Texas Movers ProReviews of texasmoverspro.com

I would absolutely NOT recommend this moving company to anyone. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. They sent two movers to our home, but only one of them was actually able to handle the physical work required for the move. The other mover was unable to move many of our belongings, especially anything that needed to go upstairs. My own family had to step in and help move our furniture upstairs — which is completely unacceptable considering we were PAYING professional movers to do this job. As frustrating as the move itself was, the way management handled our complaint was even worse. I called the manager to explain what had happened and discuss our concerns. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation, he told me to “shove it up my ass” and HUNG UP ON ME. My husband then called back, thinking maybe he could have a reasonable conversation with him. Nope. The manager was even more disrespectful, laughed at our complaints, and showed absolutely no concern about how his employees performed or how we had been treated. I can understand having a bad moving crew or an employee having an off day. What I cannot understand is a manager speaking to a paying customer that way when they call with a legitimate complaint. We paid for professional movers and ended up having our own family help do the job, only to be cursed at and laughed at when we complained. Completely unprofessional from beginning to end. Save yourself the frustration, money, and disrespect and use a different moving company.

This company has very poor customer service and does not honor their contracts. Scheduled a move and they canceled two days before the move. Although they refunded my deposit, I’m now stuck with trying to find movers 48 hours before I have to be out of my home. This company has really put me in a bind and they don’t care. The owner was very rude, u professional and yelled at me. He told me to find another company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked this company for a move and paid the deposit. They called me 2 days prior to the move date asking if they could reschedule my move for 6 days later because of a delay with another customer. I informed them I have flexibility in my move date due to my lease ending. The guy was screaming over me and kept asking about flexibility. He said he would try to work something out and call me in 10 minutes. In less than 10 minutes I received a text stating they refunded my deposit. Now I’m hit with the stress of finding movers 2 days before I have to be out of my place. Don’t book this company if you’re looking for a reliable company. Update: A hour after sending me a refund, they called me back after leaving my review and stated they were trying to help. However, the owner began yelling at me and my husband and saying that he was trying to run his company because he’s the owner. The owner does not listen and tells over you while you are talking. Instead of listening he’s too busy interrupting with no understanding of what you’re trying to communicate. My husband ended the call after he kept yelling. The owner sent me a text giving me the finger…you know what finger I mean. BE WARE of doing business with someone like this…and this was the owner behaving this way.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Bait and switch on prices. High pressure tactics to sign contract and then triple costs after they have loaded your home into their trucks. Pics on site are fakes. Do your research on owners and background. i.e. Family Moving Services, INC, Texas Movers Group. They change names to avoid lawsuits and won't honor their contracts. TOTAL SCAM

DONT USE this company. EXTREMELY slow. If your looking for a efficent safe way to move. They ARE not it. A 2 hr move turned into 5 hours and they will utilize their “process” as a reason it takes so long. Terrible Experience. Not worth 800$!!
