Impossible to cancel. We've been a customer since it has been Lambdatest. Now i've been trying to cancel our subscription for more than a week already. Impossible via the website, only via customer service, but even this process doesn't work properly. I can only advise against it.

Horrible company, the did a tricky way to charge annual plan with just a click and not option to skip it. Then never replied to my emails. they are a scam.

Garbage predatory company. Ignores its users. Constant spam. Won't allow me to cancel my account. Keeps billing me monthly despite repeated cancellation requests.

I joined the session expecting to learn something useful, but it quickly turned into one long sales pitch. Almost every topic eventually led to an upsell. Instead of sharing practical tips or genuine insights, most of the time was spent promoting paid plans, premium features, and additional services. It felt less like a webinar and more like a 45-minute advertisement. If you're going to market it as an educational event, then actually teach people something like others. Don't waste attendees' time by disguising a sales presentation as a learning session.

Testmu AI uses a very questionable subscription system. They charged my card for a subscription that cannot be canceled from the account dashboard. The only option is to contact support, but they simply don't respond. This makes it impossible to cancel before the renewal, while they continue taking your money. Avoid this service if you don't want to risk being charged without a real way to cancel your subscription.

The real-time browser testing is quite buggy. VMs loading to desktop and never starting browser, clicking and dragging to resize the browser window or devtools hardly works and is erroneous every single time. The overall experience using LambdaTest's real-time browser testing for desktop devices has not left me wanting more. I bought this as a cheaper alternative to BrowserStack - I should've just stuck with the gold standard and forked over the extra cash.

A healthy workplace should encourage transparency, fairness, and diverse viewpoints rather than rewarding only those who agree with influential individuals.
