I was helped through with warranty setup... Machine setup. Device was easily charged ...now im ready for message #2, first one was soothing to my sore shoulder.

Got this recommendation from our chiropractor - I didn’t even get to try it! My husband snatched it (when I received the product) and started testing it out first! He says it’s really relaxing (I got to use it when he’s sleeping). I like the different modes (not very intuitive until I had it attached and going through the different modes; then it makes sense!) the timer helps out too, set it and forget it!
