Picked up the bike on time delivered it on time without any problem

I paid a premium total of $1,800 (nearly double the standard quote) specifically to secure a "Guaranteed Delivery" date related to a family vacation. The broker, Tempus Logix, confirmed this guarantee in writing and on multiple calls. We packed the car with our family's luggage, counting on it arriving in time for our holiday. When they didn't deliver on the guaranteed date, we were left for three days without our belongings - which meant I had to rent a car and buy clothes. When I confronted them, they admitted in an email that their agent made a mistake providing a guaranteed delivery. Despite admitting they made a mistake, they did not return their $800 broker fee. They offered a vague, unspecified "discount," but rejected my offer to settle for the non-guaranteed shipping rate they had quoted me minus what I had to pay to rent the car, etc. Because they haven't refunded the commission, I have had to begin the process to recover these funds through American Express. Which is yet another pain in the neck. I don't view them as a trustworthy company to deal with. At every step, I reiterated the guarantee / need for timely delivery. And yet they only after they had collected the car (and collected my money) did they tell me they wouldn't meet their obligation. Also, they wouldn't return the car so I could get our luggage and make different arrangements - so I was really stuck. A bad experience for me.

However, regarding the delivery, there appears to have been a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet the original delivery date due to unforeseen factors, including weather conditions. Once we were made aware that the driver would not be able to arrive on your specified date, we immediately requested they bring the shipment back. However, by that time, they were already en route, with other shipments scheduled for delivery along the way. In logistics, delays can occasionally occur, and unfortunately, they can be unpredictable. We truly understand the inconvenience this has caused, and we are committed to resolving the situation. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation to help make things right and ensure your continued satisfaction.
