Dear Mark, we regret to hear your dissatisfaction with our services. We are indeed committed to ensuring a smooth shipping process. Arranging pickup at the auction is sometimes challenging since there are several bureaucratic systems to pass through to receive the vehicle, and this was the case here. The auction delayed the car's release, and it took the driver a lot of patience to make it happen. Also, we informed you that carriers with semi-trucks might be unable to maneuver to some doors and that the service only renders door-to-door access to semi-truck-accessible locations. Customers with inaccessible locations are advised to meet them at the nearest large area that will be best for the truck turnaround. We hope to get in touch another time with a more understanding process.
