Great service! Ordering was a breeze and even with regular shipping my item shipped next day and I received it quickly. I will definitely be back to order more products.

Because they ordered a refill without my consent. Edited: Customer service contacted me and they amended the issue. I appreciate the prompted and diligent response from Customer service.

We have made the digital team aware of the technical issue and they are working diligently to get it fixed. Your refills are currently set to 'manual' which means you have control over the reorder of the medication from the patient portal. Once again, we are truly sorry and we hope to have this fixed soon.
