Hi Mark, We apologize if your refill order was processed without your knowledge. This was an automatic refill that was selected when you requested your new prescription. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We have since updated our website to clearly provide the option to select “Auto Refill” when placing an order. Per our conversation, I have cancelled your last order and refunded you. We appreciate your service and we thank you for your feed back. Yours in Wellness, The Tely Team.

Hi, thank you for your feedback regarding our products. We’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience with the medication. Regarding your recent refill, it appears that your prescription was enrolled in auto-refill, and you were billed three months after your previous order. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Please know that you can control the frequency of your auto-refill orders, as well as the billing and shipping dates, to better fit your needs. Please also note that this prescription is now out of refills and will require a new prescription/order for your next fill. Yours in Wellness, The Tely Team.

Hi Kristen, We are glad you received your medication in a timely manner and we acknowledge the rising market prices. We understand that rising prices can be challenging, and we sincerely apologize for any impact this has had on you. Due to market fluctuations, we have had to adjust our prices to keep pace with inflation. However, please note that we do offer discount codes on our website. If you do not find any advertised, please call us at 1-800-878-1660 and we can always work with you to support your wellness needs. We appreciate your feed back and look forward to serving you in the near future. Yours in Wellness, The Tely Team.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to review your concern. After reviewing your account, it appears that this was not an auto-refill order. Both orders placed on July 8 included provider fees, indicating that each order was submitted as a separate new order. Unfortunately, due to pharmacy regulations and product sterility requirements, we are unable to accept returned prescription medications once they have been shipped. We would be happy to assist you with your next order and discuss options to help make things right. Please give us a call at 1-800-878-1660, and one of our representatives can assist you and offer a discount on your next order. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future!
