Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We're delighted to hear that you received the medication you needed, that your order arrived promptly, and that you appreciated the convenience of completing the process without needing a phone or video consultation. We also appreciate your feedback regarding our pricing and shipping options. At this time, we are unable to accept insurance, and our shipping rates are based on the best available rates from our shipping partners. We understand that additional shipping options and insurance coverage would be valuable, and we'll be sure to share your feedback with our team as we continue looking for ways to improve our services. Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing TelyRx.

Hi Aubrae, We do understand that a delay in shipment can be very frustrating. We just wanted to bring to your attention that your order was placed on July 3rd at 6pm and unfortunately being that it was the 4th of July holiday weekend no shipments took place until Monday the 6th. Once your order was picked up by the carrier they did deliver it to you within 2 days, on the 8th of July. I hope that explains the perceived delay. We appreciate your understanding. Yours in Wellness, The Tely Team.
