Don’t do it. Call a more reputable company. Trust me. I did finally get my antibiotics. I’m not going over all the wrongs. There are many other companies out there you can use for the same price. Might I suggest an American company for American citizens. There’s many.

Accurate and fast service

Online experience was great. I filled out the form, sent a picture of my problem and answered the questions required, and a prescription was sent to the pharmacy of my choice.

I'll admit, I don't know why history they review to determine what med to prescribe in their final decision - but I do know that if I, an adult, provide the name of a specific medication and PREPAY, with the hopes that the med would be provided, as it is what would best meet my needs, there shouldn't be any reason why the practitioner should give me something else. What I asked for was an acceptable medication for my condition and that shouldn't have been disregarded for SOPs. If they're not going to give what you requested, they should either remove the question or take the the time to speak with the client to inquire why the med was asked for. And, the fact that they contacted me and said they could give me the meds, THEN CHANGED IT without a convo, when they could have discussed it with me because I selected to have a conversation with the provider in case they had questions, adds to my being upset. Is telemed convenient? Yes. But it's not helpful when your requests/concerns are dismissed and you're treated like another money grabbing extension of the medical system. I wasted $79 for the visit, money for the wrong meds, and my time.
