This is the second time I’ve had to call TeleMed and each time the responses have been excellent. Their medical staff asked the appropriate questions and they responded to it quickly and it’s kept me out of the hospital. I have chronic problems and it’s difficult for me to get to a hospital when I need to or a doctors appointment and this has been a lifesaver

Call back was made within 45 minutes. Both parties were extremely helpful and very friendly. Prescriptions were called in immediately to pharmacy.. highly recommend
