Called in wrong medication for breathing machine

I needed a refill on my bp medicine and they got it called in quickly. I never have to 2nd guess or dbl ck if scripts been sent in! I’m really enjoying doing business with tel med first. Utilizes my timealot easier esp not having to make an appt .its well worth price being a member. Likely less then my copay for an in person appt by the time I have to travel for it. So I’m pleased.

Easy and quick rather to get my prescription I needed. If you can’t get in to your doctor, this is a great alternative.

The drs. Always get back to you fast and tge care is very good. They make sure your doing well and everyone is very sincere and treats you nice. They listen to your concerns and make sure you are satisfied. I've been using them for 5 yrs and would never think twice to get a y other care. I highly recommend this on line drs telacare. I've had 2 before I found this one. The two I had didn't care or follow up. The service was just about them getting paid rather you were happy with the service or not. It's very different here. Having quick access to health care is a life saver for me; as I work full time and can never get an appointment with my PCP.

The service is great, my only issue is, getting ahold of someone, I made several calls and was either 4th in queue or 1st , then goes to leaving a message. I have said I get 30 to 50 scam calls a day, so I’m not sure if I ever got a call back but no one left me any voicemail msg. Website wants me to sign up again- no help. When you do reach a person it is fast service getting the meds. I will sign up in August again because it is a handy service.
