Fast initial appointment. The follow up for meds could have been a little faster but hey COVID is apparently on the uptick so... Who can fault the docs for that?

Super helpful and awesome. I tried doing another site and they ended up basically charging me 75$ to tell me I chose the wrong one and it couldn’t be refunded because of the terms. This site got to me quickly and was setup so simply. 10/10 recommend doing the monthly or annual plan it’s worth every penny.

Always incomplete! Every time I receive care I have call back to get them to fill the other half of what’s needed/missing. Takes two calls, two days, and two trips. This has happened three times. It has never not happened when filling more than one prescription.

TelMedFirst is awesome to have literally at your fingertips. You get to speak with someone always and a doctor depending on your need. I got the yearly plan because we don’t have insurance due to the costs and it doesn’t include major medical coverage. My doctor retired and it’s been very difficult to find one that’s affordable and will take new patients without insurance .No more visits to urgent care or hospital. I’m very grateful and humbly thankful to have the opportunity to seek care 24/7.

Was out of town and could not reach my Dr. Process was very easy and I was very satisfied.
