I love your service but it is expensive and a little hard to afford. I bought five dollars worth voice calls and just went down like nothing. i wish you did not have to increase the charges the you have done recently.

I have used Telephone Kenya phone service for more than a year. It is very convenient to buy credit and the calls go through well but my only problem with them is that they started with 23 minutes per $2 but have increased the cost to 17 minutes per $2 now. Even if they claim that one can get the minutes, it is not true. I have times several times and keep getting only 17 minutes for a $2 credit. If they fix this they will be my preferred phone company, otherwise I almost found a replacement for them.
