It's very clear and the line does not disconnect. Am not giving it 5 star because it does not warn you when the call is about to end.

Hi Simon, Thank you for your review! There are ways to get free credit: -On each purchase you get Thank You points that can be later Converted into Free Voice Credit. At present you have collected 810 points in your account. Dud when credit is about to run while you are in a conversation...is there a way you can get that warning earlier?

Hi Elvis, Thank you for your implicit suggestion! At the moment, you can always check your balance online and inside KeepCalling app. Also, we recommend you activate the free feature called Auto Recharge, in your online account. Every time your balance drops below $5 we'll recharge your PIN with the amount specified. This way you will have more control over your balance and ensure that you never run out of call time. We have sent you more details about this by email. Hope it helps!

Hi Peter, Thank you for opening up the topic! What many people don't know is that our rates are the projection of the market costs we need to cover. They sometimes go up and sometimes they drop, and we need to line up to that to keep the quality of the service. Hi David, Thank you for opening up the topic. Like any international service that offers transfer of goods, we apply a processing fee for each transaction since you are transferring credit to a mobile number in a different country, for a different currency. And you get to do this whenever you need to, 24/7, totally safe and from the comfort of your home. Thank you for your understanding!
