received an error message and was unable to set up my Cricut. Technical support referred me to Tek Wire. They fixed everything and i can now use my Cricut. Thank you all for the help.

Adam gave exceptional help first with cleaning up my computer and uninstalling Kaspersky and the help with installing my new printer.

Had problem with printer install and many other issues showed up. Everyone was very helpful, patient and very nice to work with. It took a little time but everything was in order. Plus all was explained very well. I would recommend to others.
