Buyers Beware - absolute worst design experience
Buyers BEWARE. If I could give zero stars I would. This has been the absolute worst design experience I have ever had. The designs I received were not congruent with my instructions. Moreover, they were so poor that I would have done better using a simple AI to generate my designs. I paid for a premium package thanks to the SLICK salesmanship of a person on chat, who assured me if I wasn't satisfied, I could get a refund. But he never mentioned that the refund was never a full refund. It declines by 10% on purchase and then rapidly declines to almost nothing 48-120 hours after you get your first design to review. I rejected the first designs immediately. They were so poor despite the fact I had opted for the premium package. The cust service rep was assured the revision would be much better. And, then, I waited. Days passed. I assumed it was because of a long weekend. Even then, I didn't get them until late Tuesday night, conveniently when the refund opportunity fell to almost nothing. The new designs were as bad as the first. They still did not listen to the feedback nor follow the design brief. I will be filing a complaint with American Express. I think this company is a SCAM.
