SIS International ResearchReviews of sisinternational.com

This was a super quick and easy experience. The office is in a convenient location, and when I arrived, the staff was prepared for me. I did not have to wait long at all. I was inside for the time that was communicated to me prior.

I've done a few in-person studies with SIS. Their incentives and communication are always great!

The staff is friendly and professional. This market research company is reliable and well trusted. They keep to schedule during in person study so I always leave on time. The location is convenient and accessible. I learn every time when participating in a study.

Ive have known SIS team for couple of years now and they are very professional and very nice people.

An interesting study that was fully accommodated and worth it. Definitely recommend.

WARNING: SIS International is a waste of time. Total fraud. Did a study for them months ago and was never paid. They don’t answer emails, they don’t provide updates, and there is no way to get a hold of a real person. They collect your information and then disappear. It is highly concerning that a company of this size operates this way. Do not trust them with your business or personal data—you won't see a dime of the incentive.

I attended a tasting study in February '26. Scheduling process was simple (with several availability slots offered), as well as the attendance/participation process upon arrival to facility. I appreciated the facilator's explanation of the study, the amount of time given for documenting our responses, and being paid immediately after the tasting.

I had a great experience doing a taste test with SIS in NYC. The checkin process was quick, instructions were clear, and the team made the session feel comfortable and efficient. Professional staff and a well run study—I'd participate again.
