We order about 25 for the dental office that we work at. Multiple of the chargers never worked. When I contacted the rep who sold them to us, they said that you don't sell just the charger. I asked what can we do to fix this problem. I was informed that I would have to send the charger along with the radio back and that it can take up to a few weeks to replace. After spending the amount of money that we did, that was not the answer I was looking for. We use them and they work just fine, but not everyone is racing over to use the chargers. I wish that you sold just the chargers or have a replacement plan that I don't have to send the radio in as well.
