I bought a phone for my son's birthday, his first. And since it is his first I was so happy to purchase a nice phone for a great price. Beautiful condition that works perfectly. The process was easy with great communication. I will check them first for my next purchase, as well as recommend them to all my family and friends.

In a world of pressure and sales and gimmicks, I was pleased to find TechTwice, who really enjoyed interacting with me about my new purchase. I found relief in a company who went above and beyond the mediocrity of pushy sales techniques, and thoroughly enjoyed their personal approach. While TechTwice is certainly a rather "new" company, they have the overall expertise of a company that really listens to your concerns and interests. TechTwice helped me decide which device to upgrade to, and how to activate it properly. Thanks TechTwice. You are officially a part of my technology family!!!! =)

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize, but the order ID you provided to TrustPilot does not correspond to anything in our system. We are also unable to find any orders under your name in our system. May I ask, is it possible that you are referring to a different company? Additionally, our company only buys and sells within the United States due to the high cost of international shipping. We would be happy to further investigate this matter for you. At your earliest convenience, please call our customer care team at 503-718-3222. We are open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Pacific Time
This was my first time to do business with TechTwice and I have to say I couldn't have been more pleased! I sold my IPhone 5 and received the exact amount they offered me online plus a $5 bonus! Directions about shipping my phone were very easy to follow and they paid the shipping. Within a week of the time they received my phone I received the check in the mail!!!

I had to get a replacement phone because mine was broken. I had problem to reconnect the phone and I thought it was broken. Thanks to Ms. Hannah, she helped me fixed the phone and now I'm back up and running. Thank you TechTwice and Ms Hannah!

I sent out two different packages on the same day, one to techtwice and the other package to another company that buys back textbooks. I received payment in the mail from techtwice before the other company even processed my order or sent me an email confirmation. I am still waiting for any payment from them. I definitely recommend techtwice. Fast, and they gave me the amount they said they would.
