Found the phone I was looking for on the website. The description was "like new" When I arrived, the phone was everything it was described to be but better, this phone is flawless! Plus it was bundled with a top of the line case to protect my investment. Great customer service, I will have nodoubt recommending TechTwice to my friends and family. Great experience!

The process to trade in my phone was super easy. Soon after I submitted the request, I got an email from the company letting me know the next steps and a contact should I have any questions. It also had my tracking number. They gave me lots of information so any question I did have was answered immediately. I got my check via paypal less than a week later. It was fast. The entire process was smooth. Great company to do business with.

I don't ever write these but tech twice made this process so easy I had to say something. This was my first time selling my phone; tech twice paid me the most for my phone and made the process seemless. I highly recommend their service to anyone.

Sold 3 gadgets already. Prepaid labels, prompt payment, and even bonus for early shipping. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I have used Tech Twice to sell my iPhone, but it definitely won't be my last. The process was simple, quick, and best of all they offered me the most for my iPhone 5S. As promised the funds were sent to my PayPal account immediately after they received the phone. I would certainly recommend Tech Twice to others considering selling their old phones.

TechTwice was very good to work with. As soon as I received my quote online for my iPhone 5s (which was significantly better than the other sites were offering), I received correspondence from one of their representatives instructing me on how to ship my phone to them. I shipped it expeditiously, and received an additional $5 for my timeliness. As soon as they received my phone, they put the money into my PayPal account. The entire process took less than a week. If I need to sell another device, I will check with them first.

They gave me a very good price for my iPhone online. Immediately sent me a shipping label. And within a week I had a check for the amount we agreed upon. Really good company. Steve

I had white iPhone 5C in excellent condition. They promised one amount and then came down to a lesser amount, saying my phone had a pinkish cast on the screen (meaning LCD problems)...they emailed me photos to show me. Only thing is...the photos they sent were of a yellow iPhone 5C and not my white one. They tried to say it was just bad photography but no way....that was a photo of a yellow phone and mine was definitely white. I agreed to the lesser amount but probably will not used them again, as I do feel like they did a switch on me.
