Never returned my iPad , had me turn off location on it to work on it and store closed down and 1000$ 1 year old iPad is gone. Now I’ve gotten identity theft happening on my daughters acct No officer can even find a connection to get me help. Ridiculous

They closed the store on st Simon’s island and never gave me my phone back, nor called me. Anyone have a corporate number I can reach?

Why is the Mt. Pleasant store? Is this for good or what? I have left numerous messages and no return call. Went there and saw closed sign. I was waiting on a account recovering, they were suppose to be doing that. Now. What do I do?

I took my phone in because it was making a vibrating sound. They were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it for me and very little time. I am extremely pleased. I have worked with them before and they done a super job every time.

I placed an order 12/10/23 and it was expected to arrive by 12/13-12/14 but I never received it. I’ve tried to call and email with no response. I am starting to feel like this was a scam.

Not one of my three iPads has arrived. I am clueless as to why I haven't received any emails or texts regarding the things I have paid for; I've already made three payments and have received no communication at all.
