Worst chatting platform

Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE! The only way to raise a support ticket apparently is via a web link that is DENYING me access. I am being asked to authenticate my account and I am not receiving any codes and it is impossible to speak to anyone. I can't even find a complaints email address hence the review. I am steaming. Absolutely steaming. I am losing business over this, but it is getting to the point I would rather lose business than work with a Microsoft product.

LOST MY NUMBER - I have the number on advertising and have spent a lot of money and now they tell me its a dedicated conference number and tehy can not change back to a normal number. They will not show me where I requested the change, I did not ask for it to change and these are TERRIBLE at helping me - I am weeks trying to get my main number back andno further on. AVOID 100%

Teams entreprise est un bon outil en terme de fonctionnalités, Mais c est un outil très instable qui marche que quand il veut bien. Des messages qui ne partent pas et aucune remonté d erreur. Des dysfonctionnements fréquentes et permanent, on n est jamais certain de pouvoir honorer à sa réunion. Des mises a jours correctives qui corrige le bug A et génère le bug B qui s installe toute seule sans demander à l utilisateur. Honnêtement j utilise d autre Logiciel de chat dans d autre contexte professionnel qui n ont pas tous ces bugs et dysfonctionnements et je ne comprends pas qu une société comme Microsoft avec autant de moyens financiers ne face pas mieux. Je suis employé d une grande structure et je doit subir le choix de mon organisation sur cet outil. Si vous avez la liberté de choisir je vous recommande de ne surtout pas prendre cet outil. Je parle bien de teams pro pour entreprise et non pas teams pour les particuliers. En espérant que ce message aide a vous éclairer dans votre choix.

Kann mich nicht mal mit meinem Account einloggen, da es jedes mal den falschen Tenant verwendet. Selbst wenn ich alle Cookies lösche verwendet es den falschen Tenant und es gibt keine Option, ihn zu wechseln. Neben dem Login gibt es viele weitere Bugs. Ausserdem frisst Teams unglaublich viele Ressourcen, als würden sie im Hintergrund noch Bitcoin minen.
