My experience with total body was great . I worked with Ashlynn and she was such a wonderful coach ! She not only cared about healing my inner gut issues she also cared about how I was feeling during the process and mentally . She had other clients and was a very hard worker busy coach but always had time for me . I worked with her for about 3 months and I lost weight , got rid of acid reflux and learned what worked best with my gut. I am definitely still healing my gut and with all of the changes in diet and supplements I know i eventually will get there ! I definitely would highly recommend to work with Total body . Thank you Ashley for setting up the call and taking me on this wonderful journey! :)

I cannot be more thankful that I found Ashley. I worked with a functional doctor for 5 years thinking I was going to get more attention and resolution but unfortunately, all my previous functional doctor did (like any traditional practitioner) is do minimal blood work every 6 weeks to only increase dosage and move on to the next patient. I would begg her to help and let me know what steps I need to take to make changes. I was tired of feeling overweight and tired despite my efforts and diet restrictions. I needed answers and I needed someone's actual help to walk me through what my body needed and how I can make progress. Ashley was my saving grace. I felt like I had read every book, and listen to every podcast I about Hashimoto's but she taught me what I was missing and that was the things that were specific to ME and my body. That was the part that I was missing. I was blown away by her knowledge and care. She was there to guide me and to answer all my questions along the way. Ashley helped me through supplementation, genetic issues, gut issues& diet. After 6 months I am now about 40 lb down & on half of the thyroid medication that I was and working to lower that further. Thank you Ashley for everything you've done for me!!!

I began working with Ashley 3 1/2 years ago. Best decision I made after months of hesitation reaching out to her. Ashley was always patient and kind. She really is an amazing coach. She helped me lose almost 50 pounds!! 😊..But more important, we explored the root causes to why I was “feeling off.” What a relief it was to finally know why!! We worked on quite a few issues: gut issues (SIBO), hormonal issues, mitochondria and stress. She also helped me get off of birth control and blood pressure meds. I learned so much through the whole process. Investing in my health is something I take seriously. I’m so happy I put my trust in Ashley. If you’re looking for a knowledgable holistic functional practitioner, Ashley and her team, Total Body Vitality are it!!!

My experience with Ashley has been so very helpful! I was experiencing severe stomach issues (abdominal pain, bloating, weight gain, difficulty eating anything, throat discomfort/issues, etc.). I tried seeing other medical professionals, was misdiagnosed and was not experiencing any relief whatsoever! Ashley took the time to listen to my issues and possible causes validating my concerns and discussed possible alternative treatment options. With her help, I have experienced incredible relief! I am so happy I found Ashley and for all of her help!

Ashley and my Coach Ashlynn were great to work with from the get go. They are real, they are knowledgeable, and they truly do care.

I worked with Ashley at Total Body Vitality for about a year, and it was truly the best decision I have ever made! Prior to working with Ashley, I had worked with 3 other health & fitness coaches. And with each coach, I would make some slight progress and then hit a wall. No matter what we did, what we changed, the supplements, the workouts, I just could not accomplish what I set out to. Everything changed the moment I started working with Ashley! For YEARS I had been dealing with weightloss resistance, chronic fatigue, acid reflux, and self esteem issues. In my time spent with Ashley, I managed to lose 30 lbs., got completely off of any and all prescription meds - including all acid reflux medications and birth control, my energy has gone up and I finally feel confident in my own body. Ashley has done so much for me both mentally and physically. For the longest time I just thought that my body was broken and that I was a lost cause, but Ashley made me believe in myself again and helped me find the root cause of my weightloss resistance. I finally feel like "me" again, just an even better version of myself! I cannot thank Ashley & Total Body Vitality enough for everything they have done for me!!

Working with Dagmar through Total Body Vitality has totally turned my health around. She’s understanding and took the time to figure out the best plan for me. All of the things I was struggling with prior to starting we’ve figured out and got rid of after multiple years of hearing your blood work looks fine from doctors with no further help.

Best decision my husband and I made, was going this route to figure out why we couldn't carry a baby more then 7 weeks. After several miscarriages and no answers from modern medicine we looked to Mandy for help. She figured out what the issue was and we addressed it , NATURALLY with food, supplements, nervous system regulation etc. It took time and a positive mind set, but we stuck with it and now we have our beautiful little girl Lennie Jo . Without Mandy's help we would have had no answers as to why and been put on the UNEXPLAINED INFERTILITY line forever and only invasive options available. Highly recommend Total Body Vitality !
