Over the past 3 weeks we have had trouble getting the factoring sent into our account. When I have called I have spoke to a number of people and everyone has been great to deal with. One person stands out that has truly been amazing James Jensen not only has he answered all my questions but he has sent me links to make my job easier. He is a great asset to your company you guys are lucky to have him. Thanks Connie

Dislikes: We didn’t care the $ 5.00 charge to load Comdata, when we 1st signed up with TBS no one called us ( Welcome Committee ) . We called TBS to figure how the “ operation “ works. Ivan or Aden , young man helped us out; how to log on and send invoices and such. Likes: Someone is Always there to Assist us when needed, our BOL get Factored promptly. And we Appreciate the FEEDBACK when ever a concern or situation. THANK YOU, X9 TRANSPORTATION
