Everyone I have spoken to has been very polite and helpful. Kwon Jones has been my main contact and he has been extremely helpful in making sure I submitted my first set of invoices properly and is always available to answer any questions I've had.

Our point of contact is Tawny Brown. She has went above & beyond to make sure that the service is meeting our expectations. When I call & she usually answers right away, but if she can't she calls right back. Tawny is personable & professional every time I speak with her! I am glad to be able call her when I have a concern because I know it will be resolved.

TBS seems to be above board and honest

My honest opinion i am amazed at the length TBS goes to insure the success of their clients,i spoke with kwon today and he walked me thru the paperwork line by line, i am truly shocked that there is a company out there today that really cares, many advertise that they are the company that cares only you can never get them on the phone,THANK YOU TBS for using real people,switchboards are so inconvenient.

I had been set up and used TBS in the past and they are amazing... I called the set up dept. Angela Little to start back up again and she was great very friendly and professional she got it done very quick...Thanks again Angela and TBS for welcoming me back.
