I just had a chance to go over all the bad reviews posted for TBS here on google lately... Well, we haven't had this kind of experience, and I am dealing with them since 2011, so 7 years of solid daily business. Have there been any mistakes? Of course, every business makes mistakes, it is important how are they handled and corrected. Our company has a great relationship with TBS since we are one of their biggest customers. Is there a wait time on the phones? Yes, but they have many clients and try to help each one of them. Sending email to your account rep would do the job. Out of so many companies out there offering factoring services, TBS is a very legit company and wiling to work with you so you can grow your business. #2935
