Aiden Potts is fantastic. Very detailed and helped me through everything. Never got agitated with all my questions and walked me through everything. He made it a great experience.

I was called multiple times asking me about if I had time to review or any problems with paperwork that I have been sending in. I explained many times I don't even have my authority yet and I'm trying to complete everything else first. Before I worry about paperwork on loads that I have not even started yet!!! Other than that I finally let him explain about the paperwork today.. To get it over with! And he explained it fine but I'm still won't be running for another week...
