Wrong's have been righted. This was a "first time to factor" client, who out of the gate, wanted to factor with a debtor who insists on having originals. 99% of the time, most debtors (shippers/brokers) will pay on copies -- but not this one. TBS failed to tell GT Delivery Express about requiring the originals during the credit check phase of the process. This caused a delay of payment and additional hardship for the client to find a FedEx office nearby. These hardships, understandably so, lead to a challenging phone conversation. TBS was at fault and have since apologized and made things right.
