From the beginning Zachary was more than willing and able to help me throughout this whole process. I would definitely recommend TBS and their hard-work to anyone getting started in this industry.

TBS was very helpful in getting my transportation business up and running. Zachary really helped me understand everything I needed and provided great customer service and details in this process. In 2017 I started my business and used TBS to factor my loads. In 2018 I requested they not renew my contract. I was told I did not get the required documentation in In time to cancel. So I got another 1 year contract automatically. So in 2019 I made sure I got them all the documents they needed and they still did not cancel my contract. In 2020 they told me they would do a month to month contract at the end of my contract. I found out that was a lie too. I was told to send in the documentation again and they would start the process and that I could continue to factor until it was done. Now they are saying I have to start the process over because I factored another load. They also said my contract renewed until next year. I would recommend no one ever use this company because they will own your business for life. I have had to contact my attorney to get this issue resolved because they will not let me leave them

Hi Steve. Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We have submitted a request to receive more information from you. Please provide us with your client ID so we can look into this and get it resolved.
I rate TBS a 0 at this point. They do not mind taking your money, but when you call IN regards of money they haven't paid nobody ever knows anything. They are always broadcasting "they will get back with you in the hour" but why have our situation been going on for a month? Also they lie they all say one department is supposed to be the one to help, then when we finally get that department they can't even help. And they sent a letter to a mill that we are direct with a letter to pay them instead of paying us direct without our permission. But we will leave all of this to our lawyer the funds nobody has a "tracking" number for. And i don't comment we are sorry for the inconvenience or thanks for bringing it to your attention .
